Mental Fitness is key to the healing process. The brain, in real-time crisis, can shift from a negative mindset to a positive mindset by responding and not reacting to situations.

It takes practice; every day for 15 to 20 minutes a day to change the neuropathways in your brain from a negative reaction to a positive response.
